The state of the market was the topic of a recent Bisnow event called “Houston Industrial & Port Update – Attracting Capital in Today’s Market, Trends, Analyzing Supply and Demand and Future-Proofing Assets.” Moody Law Group founder John S. Moody, Jr. moderated a discussion with opening keynote speaker Robert Clay, CEO of Clay Development.
“Our market today, industrially, we are probably in a little bit of a slow patch,” said Mr. Clay. “My firm specifically, we’re still bullish. Is it the beginning of 2022 or 2021? No, but the reality is it will be in due time.”
