Kelly Beaudry is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She started her career working in public relations in New York and Austin. Kelly went to law school at the University of Houston Law Center, where she concentrated her studies on real estate, corporate and probate law. Kelly joined Moody Law Group in 2011 where she enjoys working with clients on a range of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, land development, leasing and loan-related work.

  • Representation of a private equity fund in the acquisition, predevelopment, construction and sales of several commercial and industrial business parks in the Greater Houston area;
  • Representation of developers in sales and acquisitions of pad sites for retail and restaurant use;
  • Representation of a developer in the sale of a site to Costco Wholesale Corporation;
  • Representation of an operator of multiple Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the purchase and financing of real property for and construction of a new dealership;
  • Representation of developers in leasing locations to national restaurant chains and retail users
